Job Summary
The Worship Director is responsible for advancing the gospel by leading and building a worship culture at Faith Family Church. The Director oversees worship and production functions and volunteer teams.
The Worship Director is responsible for advancing the gospel by leading and building a worship culture at Faith Family Church. The Director oversees worship and production functions and volunteer teams.

Responsibilities
Worship:
Worship:
- Provide leadership, vision, and passion for worship that aligns with the overall vision, purpose and mission of our church
- Continuously pursue evaluation and improvement related to the worship experience
- Participate in service design/programming and create opportunities for increased engagement/interest in Sunday services
- Recruit, audition, and develop the worship team
- Serve as worship leader as needed
- Schedule team via Planning Center
- Create worship song banks and sets
- Generate chord charts, MP3’s, and Multitracks to support worship sets
- Program ProPresenter content for projection support, including lyrics and slides
- Produce all music and creative elements for special services
- Oversee stage design and construction
- Direct FOH audio controllers and broadcast mixing
- Manage worship/production budget and capital expense planning
- Oversee and lead production team in the following areas: lighting, projection/video, and camera ops
- Oversight and leadership includes:
- Schedule team via Planning Center
- Recruit new team members
- Empower team of volunteer leaders to multiply and develop new leaders in areas of expertise
- Manage maintenance and supply of production equipment
- Supervise technical contractor(s) and associated projects
